Head Chef
2010-2017
Every skill that I have learned, I learned in a Chinese restaurant. Working my way up from serving the food, to prepping food, to assisting, and finally as a person that was trusted to run the restaurant in its entirety, I attribute all my work ethics to the time I dedicated the restaurant. My job duties included:
- Customer service
- Prep
- Cooking specialty dishes, as well as created my own
- Inventory
- Quickbooks
Warehouse

In order to pay my way through school, I had to take up a second job while working at the restaurant. I worked 3rd shift at a warehouse backstocking inventory and doing audits. My job duties included:
- Putting items in designated areas
- Unloading trucks
- Checking in trucks and deliveries
- Audits
- Fullfilling online orders

- Run sales reports
Office Administrator
2020-Present
The strangest and easiest job I have is my current job. I am one of the Office Administrators at a funeral home. My job duties include:
- Data entry
- Quickbooks
- Training other office admins
- Meeting with families to go over printed materials
- Processing death certificates

I've had a variety of jobs and I've learned plenty from each of them. I am hopeful that one day I am able to work for myself. Working alongside small business owners and owners of big corporations, I understand the front, back, inside, and outside of what it takes to own and run one. It takes time, money, and a lot of effort but I aspire to one day be my own boss.
